Small-batch ice cream, churned from scratch right here in Teton Valley. No mixes, no shortcuts — just real ingredients and whatever's in season.
Every batch of our ice cream is made in-house at our Driggs café — churned at 6,200 feet in the shadow of the Tetons. We start with real cream, real fruit, and ingredients we'd serve our own families, and we rotate flavors constantly based on the season and whatever our kitchen is excited about. Some flavors stick around all summer; others sell out in a day and never come back. That's part of the fun.
Flavors change frequently. Stop by or check back for the latest.
Get it in a cone or a cup, stack it into a sundae, or have it blended into a milkshake. We serve soft serve alongside the scooped flavors, pack pints to go, and — since we roast our own coffee — pour a mean affogato: a scoop of our ice cream drowned in a double shot of Wydaho espresso. Find us at 495 S Main St in downtown Driggs — the ice cream case is open daily until 10 PM.
We're a coffee roaster and scratch bakery at heart — we roast our own beans and bake everything in-house, so making our own ice cream was never really a question. It's the same idea: do it from scratch, do it in small batches, and do it here in Teton Valley. If you've had our bread or our espresso, you already know how we feel about shortcuts.
Yes — we start with a clean-label, 16% butterfat base and churn every scooped flavor right here in our Driggs kitchen. Our soft serve starts from a dairy mix, but the scooped flavors in the case are all ours, start to finish.
